Holiday Hours and Services
Saturday, December 19: The office will be closed because of the snow.
During holiday hours Nationwide policyholders can reach Nationwide by calling our office and selecting prompt 5. You will be able to make payments and changes to your policy. You can also access your accounts on line at www.mynationwide.com . If you have a claim, you can select option 4 or by calling 1-800-421-3535. If you have a claims emergency, please call 703-282-7351 and one of our agents will be available to help you.
Below, is a schedule of our office hours during the holidays:
Thursday, December 24, and December 31, the office will be closed at 1:00 pm.
Friday, December 25, and January 1st, the office will be closed.
Saturday December 26 and January 2, the office will be closed.
