Certificate of Insurance Coverage for Condominium Associations
Condo Owners: If you are a member of one of our communities and you need a Certificate of Insurance within 72 hours, please click here to request a copy. Using the COI Request Form you will be able to request a copy of the certificate to be delivered directly to you by e-mail or fax at no charge.
If you need a certificate of Insurance coverage immediately you may contact EOI Direct at http://www.eoidirect.com and for a fee they will provide an e-mail or fax copy. Please contact them for specifics regarding specific turnaround time and any other details.
Loss Claims
If you have suffered a loss and need to file a claim under your association’s master policy, you should first contact your property manager. The property manager will either advise you about the coverage, file the claim for you or refer you to one of our agents.
