In general, these types of policies provide coverage for the association’s fiduciary responsibilities, liabilities regarding common property and directors and officers’ insurance for the board of directors.

Certificate of Insurance Coverage for Homeowner Associations
Home Owners: If you are a member of one of our communities and you need a Certificate of Insurance within 72 hours please call Dan Flavin at 703.471.0500 to request a copy of the certificate to be delivered directly to you by e-mail or fax at no charge, or fill out the request form below. The normal turn around time on these requests is 3 business days. If you need to have your certificate of insurance sooner please submit your request to http://www.eoidirect.com. You will be charged a fee for this service, however you will be able to have the certificate sent to you immediately.
